Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from Rúxro. By placing an order you agree to them.
About us
Rúxro is a small independent business based in Manchester, United Kingdom, selling printed baby shower games, personalised reveal tickets and foil wall art prints. You can reach us at ruxro@outlook.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we can't fulfil the personalisation requested. If we decline, we'll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
Personalisation
Where you supply personalisation details, we print them exactly as submitted — including spelling, capitalisation and dates. It's your responsibility to check these before completing your order. We're unable to accept returns on personalised items for errors in the details supplied to us.
We may decline to produce personalisation that is offensive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Keepsake and reveal items
Our reveal tickets, boarding passes and vouchers are novelty keepsakes. They are not valid for travel, entry or admission to any event, venue, park, attraction or performance, and hold no monetary value. You are responsible for booking the actual trip, tickets or experience separately.
Designs and copyright
All artwork, designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Rúxro and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without our written permission. Products are sold for personal use only, not for resale or commercial reproduction.
Our themed designs are our own original artwork, created in the style of, or inspired by, classic characters and stories. Rúxro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any film studio, publisher, theatre production, sports club, recording artist or brand referenced in our product descriptions. Any such names are used descriptively to help you find the style you're looking for.
Colours and finishes
Every item is made and foiled by hand, so slight variations in foil placement, tone and finish are normal and part of the charm. Screen colours can also differ from printed colours.
Our liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time you order is the one that applies.
